Hi, I have a Nari Essential and I have the problem that the sound always starts with a delay. For example, when I start a video on YouTube, there is no sound for the first 1 to 2 seconds. Same with Spotify. However, the headset is already activated and is already playing other sound sources, such as in-game sound, during this time. It is only when a new audio source is activated that the start is slightly delayed.

Try running the pairing utility tool and using a different USB port for your headset’s dongle. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other steps to help you further. Thanks!

After pairing, it now seems to work better. If there are problems again, I will try a different USB slot.

Open Sound Settings of Windows (the old one called "Sound")

Go to the "recording" tab and select one of the devices (I recommend steromix which you might have to activate at frist or for example I have "What U Hear" from my soundcard)

Go to the tab "Listen", check "listen to this device" and select the "BlackShark V3 Pro - Game" one..
