Sound volume weak Blackshark V2 headset | Razer Insider

Is it just me or is anyone else having a problem with their sound volume on the Blackshark V2 after the last Windows update?

After updating to Windows 19042.804 yesterday, my headset volume with the Blackshark V2 in CODBO Cold War has dropped to the point where in order to hear in game, I have to turn the PC master volume up to near 90 (it was set at 50) and then in game set that volume to about 90 also to hear using THX sound. I also had to adjust it in teamspeak.

Everything was working fine until yesterday so I don't know what else to attribute the loss of volume to except that update. Any ideas or fixes for this if that wasn't the problem? And if it was, can anybody verify if Razer is aware of the problem?

You'd be the first one to report a volume decrease, specifically after updating the operating system. Is it still possible for you to roll back to an older OS version? In any case, please send me the serial number so I can properly document this.
