Soundbar from Razer Leviathan V2 Pro can no longer be switched on

Hello, is there a known issue with the Razer Leviathan V2 Pro soundbar? The soundbar no longer responds when you try to turn it on. I measured the output voltage on the power supply when idle, and it is 18.2 volts.
The system was purchased in January 2024. I'm afraid there's a defect, right?

Darn, the same thing happened to mine yesterday.  Went out for lunch and when I returned it was off and would not power on.  Opened a ticket but no luck:

“Great day! Thank you for contacting Razer. My name is Chester, one of the Razer Senior Technical Support and I'll be your support agent today. Your case has been forwarded to us for further assistance.

I understand that your Leviathan V2 Pro has an issue where the device does not turn on. We are sad to know that you are having this kind of issue. This is not the experience that we would like you to have. Rest assured that we will do our best to assist you with this and we'll be sure to get this sorted.

We appreciate the response. As we have validated the proof of purchase that you have provided it shows that the 1-year warranty of the device has expired last Feb 14, 2024. With this, we are not able to proceed with any type of replacement.

Also, we would like to inform you that we don't have any repairs for Razer Technical such us headsets, mic, mouse, mats, keyboard, speakers, keypads, camera, wearables, controllers and accessories/spare parts because they are irreparable. We can only have them replace if they are within warranty and no customer induce damage involved.”

I just had the same thing happen to me, about a month out of the warranty… I should have taken a hint of Razer’s low quality when my chair failed after 3 months… Never again!

I have the same issue, purchased the thing in April 2024 and on August 30th 2025, it stopped working.

I will submit a ticket, but will likely get the same copy-paste-answer you did. It would seem this happens to a lot of other users and I did not use the thing as a mobile sound bar or anything, just stationary PC speaker.

At least in Germany that would mean that the legal warranty (“Gewährleistung”) of 2 years applies as this clearly points to a pattern in manufacturing.

But let’s wait what support says.

Edit: I was more successful, it seems. After chatting with a representative, I was approved to get a replacement device.
