I have an Iskur chair which is out of warranty. One of the armrests is damaged and I’d like to replace it. I understand that I would need to pay for it as it’s not a warranty repair or a manufactring defect. I tried raising a support ticket but the support site just sent me here as it only seems to handle items in warranty or covered by Razercare.
How can I do this?
