Looks like there is no support after the warranty expires on your $2500 laptop.

Suggest buying from a reputable manufacturer that offer some type of after sales service as you will not get any from this website!!!!! 

You've been asking this question for five months, what happened now? Did you fix the screen?

I ended up taking the screen apart which was a job on its own.

The LCD screen is not available anywhere so this $2500 laptop ended up in the bin.

Why didn't you go to an agent authorized by the company to ask him if the screen was there? Where do you live ?

I am in Australia and get no response from anywhere.

The website is useless for contacting them.

It is gone now I do not have it but will never buy another product from this company as support scores a 0 out of 100 just pathetic.

I want to buy a device from the Emirates and I live in Egypt, but there is no authorized agent of the company around me, so I am hesitant about the purchase process, but you say that you can find this screen, so this scares me very much from trying this company, but are all the devices The new one has the same problem, even if you bought a device from a HP brand for example?

Try Asus, MSI or maybe HP I know you can get parts if needed.

Check out gaming laptops and see who is in your country as it makes a big difference if something does go wrong.
