Hi, I discovered that the base of my chair is broken where the gas spring is inserted, which is scratching my parquet floor. As I discovered when searching for support without a serial number, this is a known structural issue. For further information, the chair is just over 2 years old and is used by my son, who weighs just 73 kg.
Unfortunately, I can't contact support via the website because I can't find a serial number.
It would be nice if I could find a quick solution, as I would have expected a bit more quality for a chair that cost around €300 at the time.
