Spatial audio activation key from 5 years ago

Hello,

 

I purchased a Razer headset back in 2020 and also purchased a THX spatial license with it.

5 years later, I got a new Kraken V4 and within my Razer app the THX spatial audio is showing as trial version for now (see screenshot)

I still have my license key for the THX spacial, can I use my key to activate THX spatial audio again?

 

Is there no way to chat or talk to anyone about this? Would have preferred to do this over a chat and the support page is completely useless in getting any help from an actual person...

 

 

Yes, you can. BoofedAF! Just log in to the same email address/Razer ID account you used during your THX Spatial Audio setup in 2020. Once logged in, it should automatically activate to the full version. 

Furthermore, you can contact our Support Team through this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Select PC Product > Peripherals > Headset > type in the 15 alphanumeric characters (serial number) so it will generate the Contact Support button, and get the chat or email support options.
