Speakers "THX spatial - synapse" missing in the playback devices category | Razer Insider

Although at first I did not realise this was an issue, I could never have spatial sound in any app on my pc.

After figuring out that I was unable to follow any razer installation tutorial due to simply not having Speakers "THX spatial - synapse" in my "playback devices" category, this is the only way I can attempt and fix the issue.

I have installed razer synapse 3, turned on spatial sound and thx spatial audio, but it does not resolve the issue. I have the razer kraken tournament edition headphones and the usb controller, with the headphones plugged into the said controller.

I am forced to select my "razer audio controller - chat" as a playback device for the privelege of hearing sound.

What's more, only 2 directions in the headphones work - the top left and the top right. All of the bottom ones and the top one don't produce any sound once I hit "play" in the calibration menu, although they work just fine when plugged into my phone and I can hear spatial sound while watching videos.
