Specific keys not working - Razer blade 15 base 2019 model
I have bought razerblade 15 laptop a month ago from bestbuy. I was using it today and suddenly, the volume reduced to zero and later few keys - 'ESC', 'F1', 'F2', '`' aren't working ( No response). I have tried uninstalling razer synapse and also tried resetting twice. Nothing worked out. Need help with this. Unfortunately, I do not have insurance.

I can't help but I do have a similar problem,
on my keyboard the [insert key which is not working] isn't working.
When I press it, there isn't any response.
I went back to the store I got it from and I got a brand new model,
but when I get home, the problem is still there.
This idicates this is software related which makes me think there is a bug, rather then a hardware related issue...
I have the razer huntsman.
I hope this is of any help...
