spectrum cycling bug?
spectrum cycling only synchronizes the first minute. after that, everyone lights up differently.
is that normal?

+1No, they should been fully sync.
Did you've synced Chroma again with all devices?
of course, I click on apply to other chroma enabled devices and they match, but after a few minutes everyone lights up in their own way again 😞
