I’ve been looking forever too. There is no official solution to that just yet. However, I found interesting tip on Redit. Unfortunately, I does not override start-up settings at least for me (Advanced 2020). Have a look:

“Instructions:

Exit Razer Synapse. The easiest way to do this is via the tray icon.

Press fn + alt + tilde (the key below escape). You've now enabled the selection mode. The 1 key should turn green.

Select a profile by holding fn and using the number keys. The key will change green when selected and you'll see the effect when you release fn.

This setting will be preserved until the mode is disabled or profile is overwritten by Synapse. If you only use Synapse for lighting on your blade, I'd suggest disabling it's ability to run on startup”
