Squad points not turning on.

We have 3 people currently in our squad on the game "Roblox" but our squad playtime is not showing up. Should we be using the application itself or could we still do it through the web?

      I'm running into the same problem. I've tried 3 different games for 20 minutes each: DOTA2, CODMW, and Crossfire. Still not showing any squad time.

      Same here. Tried 3 different supported games. Lots of people in the community are having this issue it seems. But there are people with 5 hours of play time already. Doesn't look fair.

        yep same here does not seem fair at all also contacted razer support and they could not fix the issue

        I'm having the same problem here too.

        Update: Seems like it's working now. I just went to sleep and when I woke up the next day I tried again with the same games and all of them worked. :smile_:
