Squad Rewards hours didn't register for about 30 minutes and now i'm missing 1 minute | Razer Insider

So, this started on day one, for context, squad hours restart at 21:00 where I live, and I return home at 15:00, so I played Gmod for a while and gained 1 hour and 2 minutes.



The next day I came back home a few hours late at 17:25-17:40 and prepared to play Gmod for 3 more hours, I always open cortex to see if my minutes go up but I noticed something, nothing was changing, I refreshed 4 times, but nothing happened.



I thought It was odd seeing as cortex optimized the game and recognized that I closed it, I thought that maybe it was because Gmod had a small update, so I played other games for 3-5 minutes each, but the same happened, I then restarted my PC, but still, nothing happened, I gave up and started playing Gmod anyways at exactly 18:02, An hour had passed and I noticed something, my hours were going up, but they were updating 6 minutes later.



I played Gmod until it was 21:00. the hours restarted, I kept playing and I saw that I had 3 hours and 59 minutes.



Is this something visual? Or did my hours not register?

Ik this is really off topic but if anyone could help it would be so appreciated. I redeemed razer rewards currency for a free month of xbox gamepass and i copied and pasted it too a word pad doc but ended up wiping my pc a couple weeks later only to realize i no longer had the document. is there anyway to see the rewards you were given and the codes associated with said rewards?

You can visit the Razer Gold website: https://gold.razer.com/, log in, and click on your profile > Transactions to go to the Transaction History page, find that transaction and click on it. You can check all details there. Hope my response helps.
