Squeaky mouse wheel

My Deathadder Elite mouse wheel has started to squeak. I bought it in November 2024 so it’s under warranty but I can’t find any support help as I live in Europe. Is there an email address I can report the problem to?

I understand you're having issues with your Razer Deathadder Elite. Have you tried using a can of compressed air under the affected button to dislodge dirt, dust, and other debris stuck under the switches or other parts of your Razer mouse? Also, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
