Squeaky spacebar on cynosa v2

Hello I've been using this keyboard for like one month and the space-bar started to squeak. I also been requesting for razer support live chat but I waited for an hour and it still not responding to the issue. For more detail for the issue, the squeaking sound is come from the left side of the spacebar and I afraid to pull the key out since it is membrane keyboard. Please help. Thank you.
