Hi guys, I'm new here, I have a RAZER Blade 14 (2017) with 256 GB storage, I want to know if it is possible to expand to 1TB with an SSD, Western Digital brand Model WD BLACK SN750 or SAMSUNG 970 EVOPlus, and also if it is possible to increase the RAM in this model (16GB) I hope you can help me.

Yes, you can upgrade the SSD, but it is not possible to do the same for the RAM.
