Start menu opening when the right arrow key is pressed

Hello, Recently my Cynosa Chroma Keyboard has been opening the start menu (or when in a tab, pushing it to the right), and i am unable to figure out the cause of the problem. I have found on reddit that 10 months ago, people were having the same issue with the same keyboard, but no real solutions were announced. If you could help me out that would be greatly appreciated.
