Static Issue from Razer Seirēn X (I NEED HELP)

Last year I bought this product from Walmart to do some Twitch streaming. This year I recently noticed that I have been hearing static noise from the mic & which includes my chat also heard it too. The mic is plugged in on my Gaming PC with a USB cable. Recently I was using headphones to plug in on the Seirēn X to hear Twitch alerts & listen to music at the same time. Last year I never had that problem but this year I don't know why I'm hearing static noises from the mic even though I bought it last year for my brand new mic to use for streaming/recording. I stop using headphones not to plug in on the Seirēn X but my chat keeps saying they still hear the static noise from the mic. Also, I'm using Streamlabs OBS as well. I don't know how to solve/fix this static noise out of nowhere from the Razer Seirēn X but I would much appreciate finding some answers.
