Every time my computer plays audio, a very faint static noise comes through the headphones, followed by a quiet beep when the audio stops. This is especially noticeable when I pause a video or close a YouTube tab—the static noise happens right away. I can’t find any solution online.
I reinstalled Synapse, reinstalled the drivers, toggled all the settings on and off, tried every USB port, tested with Synapse both running and closed, and followed all the recommendations from article —but nothing helped. Could there be any other solution, or is this just a hardware defect?
The firmware version has been updated to 1020.

According to advice from the internet, I turned off the headset's backlight, after which the constant background noise disappeared. However, the "click" sound after stopping a video or closing a YouTube tab remained.
