Static noise when using Razer usb audio splitter

Hey guys i recently got this adapter: http://prntscr.com/w69wl2 with my headset and since i connected it to my pc i have static noise in my headphones/earphones (i tried multiple headsets and earphones and it happens on all of them) i also tried plugging in the adapter to a different pc and the static noise is still there (using multiple headsets/earphones), i tried using different USB ports (3.0 & 2.0), updated my drivers, uninstalled synapse and installed it again and the same thing happens. When i use the same headsets or earphones on my pc using this splitter: http://prntscr.com/w69xjz the audio is perfect, there is no static noise at all. Does anyone have any idea what could it be?
