I just got the Barracuda X for my birthday 2 days ago, and whenever I use wireless mode, either with the dongle or Bluetooth, I get a faint static noise. Connecting it to my computer with the 3.5mm jack makes the static disappear. I can’t hear it when I'm watching a video or playing games, but when no audio is coming through the headphones I can hear it clearly. Turning the built-in volume slider down to 0 removes the static. I’ve already checked for firmware updates. I just have no idea what to do to fix them as I will most likely be keeping them for a while.

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Also, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
