Stealth 13 2020 lockout

This is beyond silly, but I just got this laptop and I'm already locked out of it. There's an option in the bios that looked like a boot option but for the video card and I thought "why would I ever want my video card to push a boot rom to the system?" so I disabled it. I now know what it meant was it allows video at boot....video I now don't have. I'm pretty sure I can still get into the bios, I just can't see what i'm doing so I don't know the number of button presses, etc. If someone could guide me through that, I'd be greatly appreciative. Alternatively, as this system is brand new, if there's a bios reset key combo, that would be ideal (like mac used to have and I assume still have) thanks in advance
