Stealth 13 Early 2019 issues
I have a 2019 early version of the stealth 13. After using the recovery partition and reinstalling the windows I am no longer able to get the keyboard and logo to light up. I am running synapse 3. I've tried calling razer support and it auto disconnects due to a high call volume.
I've also chatted with support and have done everything they've asked but no luck.
-remove synapse
-remove drivers
-reinstall the above
I've also tried to reinstall windows 10 using my own professional copy and have no luck.
In synapse3 i can see my laptop. Im able to adjust the settings for y razer mouse but for whatever reason i can't get the logo and keyboard to light up.
Any ideas?

You mentioned blade 2019, the logo doesn’t have backlight on this model btw. You meant blade 13 with per keys RGB, that model has green logo that can be turned on and off, it’s 2017 model, and it use synapse 2 not 3.
wlin2490Try ask support for recovery usb stick if they have some.
correction: it is a 2019 13 inch blade stealth
