Sticking Thumb Stick

Hello, I have a Razer Tartarus V2. This is my second replacement from Razer since I purchased my original in June. What happens is the thumb stick will randomly stick causing my character to run in one direction until I press it again in that direction. This has caused a lot of accidental deaths in games. This has been an ongoing issue with all three Tartarus' I have had (original and the two replacements). Last I talked with Razer support we have confirmed that this happens with the Synapse program but if I turn the program off and try everything works fine. Since then support has not contacted me back. I keep getting emails from them saying "You have not responded to our attempts to reach you so we are now closing this case" but I have not seen ANY emails from them at all. Since support seems to have ghosted me I am hoping someone here has some idea on what I can try next. Thank you
