I just registered my Razer Blackshark V2 X through Razer Online Services, and the headset is showing up properly on my account. But the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound still hasn’t arrived in my inbox.
The page says the code was sent to my email, but I’ve checked several times—including spam and promotions folders—and there’s nothing there. It’s been a while now, so I just wanted to check in and see if there’s anything I can do to get the code resent?
