Title pretty much, Has anyone else experienced this? How much longer should I wait or should I lodge something in their customer talking thing? Thanks all!

Hard to say what's holding up the claim, but if you PM me your ticket number, I can try to get it sorted out. What device is this about anyway?

It was about my Razer Mamba Elite, the side grips glue is coming off and so the side grip is sliding out and I was wondering what I should do about it, I'll PM you the ticket number
