Still possible to get replacement parts for the Razer Iskur?

Hi. I have a “Razer Iskur Gaming Chair: Ergonomic Lumbar Support System - Multi-Layered Synthetic Leather - High Density Foam Cushions - Engineered to Carry - Memory Foam Head Cushion - Black/Green”. It was purchased in 2023 and is therefore out of warranty.

 

Through normal usage, the seat is now tearing. I was wondering if it’s possible to get a replacement seat cushion for this?

 

I was going to submit a claim to get things started, but given I’m out of warranty, and for some reason the serial number specifically is absent/was never printed under my seat cushion, that path wasn’t an option. I do have reference to the original order number.
