i bought an ingame item with a giftcard but its still says pending even though i bought it hours ago.

I have limited visibility into this part of our system. However, you can submit a ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Just PM me with your case  number after submitting it so I can call their attention to your case. Have a good one!
