Hi guys, sorry for disturbing you.
I got a problem with the 7.1 audio with BlackShark V2 X: I activate it correctly, I hear a difference when I able and disable it from the software but…. in game isn’t good. I mean, if i activate it and i change the output audio on the settings of the game (CoD Warzone, warheaven, OW2 ecc), the audio is really really strange. It seems like muffled or something like that and it completely ruins the gaming experience, the audio is so bad that it seems to do exactly the opposite of what it should: I can't distinguish the position of the sounds and in general the actual quality of the sound is strange, as if it were muffled, while if I deactivate the 7.1 function the sound in any game is much clearer.

Please. help me :((((
