Streamer Companion App and Kitty Headset not reactive

hi community! I need some help! Just got my Kraken Kitty Headset, and the reactive aspect doesn't seem to be working... I've set up the alerts, linked to twitch and SLOBS, and when testing the alerts in the streamer companion app they reflect on my headset, however they never show up when someone triggers that alert live. Have reinstalled, reconnected, etc. What else can I try?

im also having this issue but i cant even get them to work with the test option :( please help us razer!

bump on this! I bought these headsets SPECIFICALLY because of me using Streamlabs and Twitch to stream! Please fix your app or give us better support for it! I did NOT pay over $100 for these things for nothing!
