Streamer Companion App not compatible with OBS and StreamElements?

Hello! For some reason, my Razer Kraken Kitty and Streamer Companion App do not seem to work with OBS and StreamElements. I can link my Twitch account fine, and when I press 'test alerts' in the Streamer Companion App the headset responds with the correct lighting, however when I am streaming the lighting efefcts do not work... Is the Streamer Companion App only compatible with StreamLabs/SLOBS? As I do not use those, I use OBS Studio and StreamElements. :frown_: Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks! :smile_:

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. And yes, Twitch and Streamlabs are the supported streaming platforms at the moment.
