Hey everyone, I'm having issues with my Razer ProType keyboard, I've had this keyboard for about 2 years now and it's not working correctly, it has power and the LED lights r on/turned on but my Synapse doesn't see it/isn't picking it up, which is always has and I can't type on it at all, I've tried to find a way to contact support through the support tabs on the Razer site but I'm being thrown through loops, if anyone's has suggestions or any advice I'd really appreciate it I really like this keyboard and would prefer not to have to buy a new one, thank u

Support kinda sucks! Only submit a ticket?? Then nothing?!
