Stuck on Razer Startup Screen with Logo

I have a razor blade 15 base model, just bought this laptop from the main site 3 weeks ago in order to produce music. Should not be having problems with this thing already. My first time turning it off for more than 24 hours, I decide to start it up today, and when it comes on, it just stays on the screen with the white razer logo with F key options, which i cant even get into because its not responding to anything I press. LED lights on the keyboard still work, changing colors, you know, the stuff that doesn't matter. Already tried the hard reset with holding power for 10 seconds, disconnecting charger, waiting, and reconnecting/restarting. Didn't change anything. Just past the 2 week mark for returns, highly disappointed in what was suppose to be an upgrade from my last laptop. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
