I have the blackshark v2 pros and the eq settings dont do anything!! I bought the thx it sounds good but the eq does not work for synapse or thx. Any fixes?

Let me help you with your BlackShark V2 Pro. To isolate the issue, please try to add customized EQ settings by following the steps below:

  1. Open THX Spatial Audio.
  2. Go to the EQ tab.
  3. Click the “+” icon under “Global EQ”.
  4. Click the pencil icon and type the name desired to rename this customized EQ profile. Note that this field is limited to 25 characters.
  5. Drag the EQ points or use the quick setting dials at the bottom while your customized EQ profile is selected.
