Stupid question.....

These headphones are great (Blackshark V2). So well sound insulated that I'm unable to hear myself talk through the microphone. Others can hear me; and I'm picking up sound from them. But I'm unable to hear my own voice when I'm using a iMac for zoom conferences.. Is this a function of the headphones or the computer (using either the USB card or mic jack makes no difference). Same thing happens when I wear the headphones for calls on my iPhone. What am I missing, please?

What you're looking for is the Mic Monitoring feature. But the said feature is disabled by default and is currently only available on Synapse 3.0 on Windows.

That's weird. When I got through on the online Razer chat, they said I should have had no problem and that the headset must have been defective. I've got another on my way from Amazon so I'll see if there's any difference in a day or two. From what you're saying, using the mic feature with an iMac won't work in any case.

Do you mind sending me the reference number you received after your interaction with our Support Team? Anyway, the feature in question is software-related, as shown in the photo provided below. This is why I do not think that there is something wrong with the hardware. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
