Often receiving “stuttering” audio on sounds always consistently being reproducible on the same sounds. If I increase the overall volume of the headset to a certain level than it seems to stop it stuttering. EQ would seem the obvious thing here but I’m using a completely flat EQ.
Connection Issues would seem like the next obvious thing but I’ve tried using a wired connection as well as Bluetooth and 2.4 wireless. I’m also not connecting the wired connection through any USB hubs and its always consistently on the same sounds.
Ive made sure there are no windows enhancements and I’ve also tried on different devices including phone(android),PC(windows) and a laptop(windows).
Ive also made sure to update the firmware to version 1.3.
I’m also testing with the Microphone muted.
lastly I am not using the surround sound feature and I’m using Razer synapse 4.0.86.
Test audio can be found below where the first 10 seconds creates alot of audio stuttering. Seems to only occur when volume of headset is low.
