Stuttering in game due to mouse. Solution ?

Hello, I have had a mouse stuttering problem for over a year, and I realize that now that it is because of the mouse, let me explain:
For almost a year, I have had a Deathadder v3, and during rapid mouse movements I noticed a slight stuttering problem, I searched everywhere thinking that it was my configuration the problem, that I had done something bad, but it's not the case, from today, the slightest mouse movement in game causes a huge drop in fps (+300 fps > 10 fps, so it's impossible to pretend it's nothing) , I tried to find information everywhere, and in the end I tried an old mouse more than 8 years old from a lousy brand of which I don't even have the name, and the magic, no stuttering, I try to uninstall synapse, change the mouse port, lots of useless stuff, but the razer mouse causes horrible stuttering. If you have a solution I am interested, otherwise, I will unfortunately request a refund for a faulty product.

Product paid 90 euros for this quality, extremely disappointed with Razer...

Thanks for reading.

Using Hyperpolling dongle? if yes, then what polling rate is set? And in which game(s) do you have this problem?

I don't know what the hyperpolling dongle is, I have an interface in French, I have this problem on all games, even the least resource-intensive ones.

And what polling rate is set in synapse? 8000Hz? 4000Hz?

I tried 1000, 4000, 8000, it doesn't change anything, during a sudden movement, the fps drops to 3 lol
I tried with a dpi of 400 as well (1600 usually), and it's the same, when I make a raw movement, drop in fps. which I remember does not happen with my old mouse

And your computer specs are?

Also did you’ve check if any 3rd party app (antivirus or even discord overlay) is not doing it? What are CPU/GPU temps during gaming etc?

Have you updated chipset drivers, graphic card drivers and BIOS? You can also try to clean-reinstall Synapse and Razer drivers:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

I removed and reinstalled the mouse drivers as indicated, restarted and reinstalled synapse (as indicated), but that didn't change anything

I have also been having issues again with the Naga ProV2 specifically i eliminated it to synapse.

For the past few weeks, yes few weeks my discord overlay hasn’t been working properly.Very intermittent.

Then to top things off, after playing a game or even closing chrome etc my pc would hang for about 5 seconds then everything would return to normal.

So i thought ok i will get my old mouse, keyboard etc back out-which is steelseries, got totally rid of synapse, completely uninstalled it,and at registry level.

Guess what-Pc returns to normal,no more hangs, discord works perfectly.

So one thing to say-RAZER Fix your software, people are paying good money for your hardware, you should in turn at least show them the respect and give them WORKING SOFTWARE.

Honestly i am also so dissapointed as i live my Naga Pro V2 with the puck etc and i am basically not getting the use out of it becaus of the totally buggy software.

I found this thread in hopes of finding a solution and just saw your recent reply.

I just realized this mouse has been causing insane stuttering in certain games like Fortnite. I have two mice plugged in, the other is a vertical mouse for work and I just realized all the stuttering. In my case it’s not the software as I turned it off. I’m on a fresh install of windows as I just got a new PC and just realized part of my stuttering on the old machine was due to this mouse.

I played around with the polling rate and if I reduce the frequency to 125Hz the stuttering gets reduce dramatically, but it’s still there. This mouse only can go up to 1000Hz

I just bought a Razer cobra last month and it’s been flawless up until 2 days ago where it started stuttering mid game. I was really confused as to what was causing it. I thought my fps was dropping but it seems as though the mouse is stuttering really badly. I don’t know what to do. I’m out of ideas and really frustrated. If anyone knows anything it would be greatly appreciated.
