Subject: 7.1 Surround Sound – Device Already Registered Error

Hello Razer Support,

 

I tried to register my Razer headset on the 7.1 Surround Sound website, but I received an error saying that this device has already been registered.

I cannot get my activation code because of this.

 

Could you please help me by unlinking this device or sending me a new activation code?

 

Here is my product serial number: (Removed Serial Number)

Hello samsam20025,

I have verified that the that the Razer BlackShark V2 X serial number you provided is already registered to another account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code was claimed on March 30, 2024. Unfortunately, we are unable to remove the device registration from the previous account. I recommend contacting the reseller to request a replacement.
