The Problem (System Contradiction):
* When I enter my Serial Number into the "7.1 Surround Sound Code" form on your website, the system returns an error message stating: "Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code."
* However, on your official "7.1 Surround Sound" promotion page, the Razer BlackShark V2 X model is clearly listed as one of the eligible headsets that DOES include this software.
My Request: I request your help in manually verifying my Serial Number in your database. Please correct this eligibility error and either send me the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound via email or activate it directly within my Razer ID account.
