Subject: Issue with 7.1 Surround Sound Headset Registration

I have a problem with the 7.1 surround speaker registration for the headset I purchased.

If necessary, please let me know the administrator’s contact information by email, and I can attach the required photos. Among the two headsets I purchased, one activation code does not work properly.
I request a solution for this issue.
Both of the headsets I purchased are registered under my account, and the code of the headset with the problem ends with 7436.
