I am writing to report a problem with my Viper Ultimate mouse. When I try to use it wirelessly, it keeps disconnecting on its own. The issue occurs intermittently and is significantly affecting my user experience. When I connect it directly via the cable, it works perfectly.

Thanks for alerting us about this issue. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, connect it on a different computer just to check if the same issue occurs.
