Subject: Issue with Viper Ultimate Mouse - Wireless Disconnection

Hello,

I am writing to report a problem with my Viper Ultimate mouse. When I try to use it wirelessly, it keeps disconnecting on its own. The issue occurs intermittently and is significantly affecting my user experience. When I connect it directly via the cable, it works perfectly.

Hi, @henriquemedeiros!

 

Thanks for alerting us about this issue. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, connect it on a different computer just to check if the same issue occurs. If it does, drop me a message via PM along with your Razer Viper Ultimate’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
