Subject: Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Issue After Reinstalling Windows
Hello Razer Support Team,
I previously activated and configured the 7.1 Surround Sound feature for my Razer headset on my old Windows installation. After reinstalling Windows and logging in again, the software is asking me to enter an activation code again.
I would like to know why I am being asked for another activation code, even though I had already activated the feature before. Could you please help me restore my 7.1 Surround Sound activation or recover my activation code?
