Hi, from few days I have noticed that whenever I move my mouse horizontally, sometimes, it doesn’t work, I have to move the mouse again to make it work, this problem has become frequent for me.

Does this issue happen while you are wireless or wired? Have you tried testing your mouse with another computer or USB ports? Please PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for available firmware updates. All the best!
