I have a Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse, which I purchased at the end of 2021. Since the purchase, it occasionally stops working, and the issue could be resolved by removing and reinserting the battery. However, this situation has worsened in the past week, where there are moments when it stops working three times in one minute. I have already replaced the battery, but the problem persists. I tried to contact Razer support in Brazil, but the website shows 'page not found.'
