I have a problem with my headset and the agent was lowkey helping me but then I have to update windows so I asked her to send me a link but the link didnt work and now its 32 minutes past their worktime. Can I somehow reconnect to the same agent tomorrow?

If you want to update Windows:

  • Press Windows Key + I to open Settings.

  • Go to Windows Update.

  • Click Check for updates.

  • Install everything available, then restart your PC.

Or if you prefer, you can download a specific update directly from the Microsoft Update Catalog:
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx
