Hi there!
So very recently, my 2 years from purchase limited warranty for my Kraken Kitty headset expired. Just after, I started to get issues with the cable, causing the sound and microphone to sometimes cut a lot if the cable is in a certain position or if I move a little. When I randomly get a good position it works incredibly well just as before. The headset has very little wear and tear despite me using it nearly everyday for two years so I was wondering if there was any way to get support to get the cable changed? Buying a whole new expensive headset for just a faulty/dying cable feels extremely wasteful for both my finances and the environment. Any advice on best way to get this repaired?

I have the same problem and i can say one thing, i think razer is doing this problem on purpose.
I had 3 different kraken in my hand. All 3 disappointed me because they all had the same problem in common.
The cable cutting everything for a few seconds.
My first one, i exchanged it for the 2.0, than bought the kitty edition and now i have the problem again even though it's been less than a year i have it ...
I'm being really disappointed in the headphones they are making and i'm thinking of finding a new brand.
