I have had trouble with my Razer 17 laptop for months now.
problem: Razers recovery image is not working leaving me to reinstall (12 times!) with BOD’s galore and a non working Windows 11 as a result.
Does Razer care? No support. just the glorious AI (“i will not understand what your are writing - I will only hav 1 image as dokumentation! bla. blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah)
Is that a way to treat a customer, if I may ask?
Is there a way to create a support case, send proper dokumentation or what.
Or is it too god for business just to ask the customer to trash a 13 monts old laptop and just buy another
