I bought a Razer Raju Tournement Edition almost a month ago and instantly noticed, that the controller doesnt fit in my hand and feels very bad, so i wrote an email the next day, because the automated return system doestn work for me for a reason, and waited about 3 days. Nothing came. I went to the live chat and asked for help, they told me to wait 3 days for an mail, didnt came. I went to the live chat AGAIN and this time they told me that i have higher priority and that it WILL come excatly on the 27th, that was 4 days ago. I dont know what to do honestly, contacting the support is a waste of time, what other option do i have?
