Hi Support, I currently own a Viper Ultimate mouse with dock for quite a few years and it is a fantastic mouse. However as of last week the Dongle keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 2-5 seconds. I read in forums that the dongle can be replaced. I purchased a new dongle but now the mouse doesn’t recognize it. So i downloaded the RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.07_r2.exe. Now it requires me to plug in the mouse with the USB cable that came with it….Obviously I have misplaced this and now am stuck yet again. Are you able to help me get this mouse back in action?
