Support for Mouse wheel of Basilisk V3

Hello everyone, i wanted to ask how i can contact support for a problem that i have on my Basilisk V3 (the mouse wheel is not centered and is not smooth anymore not even in free spin mode, and when i am in tactile mode in some parts gets hard to scroll… I’ve tried to clean it with compressed air and clean it with a cloth but nothing. Also the mouse software is updated.), I purchased the mouse a year ago, i’ve tried to cantact the support trough the chat but when i put all my info it doesn’t work and it tells me to write again all of my data… 

I’am covered by the warranty and all...
